Frst published in 1980, while Griffin was still alive and working at his craft, but this reissue from 2002 is from a very limited edition of only 3000 worldwide, so it remains a very sought-after item!
Most people would know Griffin's work mainly from his Murphy cartoon character from Surfer magazine, or some of his brilliant surf or music posters and record cover art. He even designed the masthead for Rolling Stone magazine!
Here's ninety-five pages jam packed with his art and design work. Griffin died in a motorcycle accident in 1991.
Condition While not brand new the condition of this book would pass as near mint with just a few minor corner dings and light scratches just visible on the cover.
