A rare little surf mat produced by Graeme Merrin, one of the surf industry pioneers from the Tweed-Gold Coast.
These came on the market complete with rubber fins and handles in the mid-70s, and were featured in full page ads in Surfing World at the time! Merrin, ever the promoter, even sponsored a surf mat contest during this period.
For some of us including Greenough they are still a viable alternative to other more popular surf craft even now!
Condition Very good for display but doesn't hold air for very long these days!
