A rare find from the Currumbin area of the Gold Coast. An original 6'4" x 20" mid-'70s single fin by Ed Sawden.
Eddie won lots of comps in the late '60s and then made a comeback to modern mals and took out the Malfunction in the mid-'80s.
This is a good example of his shaping, complete with chine rails, rolled vee in the nose and a very flat textured deck using a Burford lightweight blank.
Condition Rates 8/10. Unrestored but with necessary ding repairs all done.
